The annual “Coats for Kids” coat drive has begun! Coats can be dropped off directly to Anton's Cleaners on Washington St. in Stoughton but for the school to receive credit the Hansen School must be mentioned at drop-off. Gently used coats of all sizes are welcomed.
The coats are cleaned by Anton’s Cleaners and are then distributed by The Salvation Army through their community action programs in Massachusetts. The mission of this project, is that anyone who needs a winter coat will have one.
Four years ago the Hansen School was recognized as an elementary school winner and received $1000 and a free sundae party for the school. Great job everyone!
