Home Workout Challenge Sheet Rules:


7 days without Physical Fitness makes one weak!

1. Parental permission is required before a student may begin any activity.
2. The sheets are designed to reflect the F.I.T.T. principle
                        F = Frequency (once a day)
                        I =  Intensity (Easy/Moderate/Hard)
                        T = Type (of activity)
                        T = Time (minutes/ repetitions)
3. Our bodies work BEST with a little exercise each day. When you complete each activity, have an adult sign beside the appropriate number in the Frequency column.
4. All challenges must be completed outside of regular school hours.
5. After you have completed all “21” activities, bring your Home Workout Challenge Sheet to Mr. Bernstein.
6. Students who complete all 4 Homework sheets will get their name on the “Wall of Fitness” on the Physical Education Website.
(Prizes will be presented to students who complete all 4 workout sheets.)
7. You may complete ALL 4 Home Workout Sheets more than 1 time. Mr. Bernstein will put a tally mark by your name on the wall showing that you completed all 4 sheets more than once.
8. ALL EXERCISES AND ACTIVITIES MUST BE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES IN LENGTH
