Welcome to the Dawe General Music classroom in room 1.  We’ve turned this beautiful classroom into a musical world filled with instruments, posters, stereos to make a fun filled  learning environment.  We make lots of sounds in this area and have a great time.  Classes are held once a week as a special and students get to come in and experience movement, singing, listening and playing.

I am so excited to be in a real classroom. The opportunities for great music making seem to be endless.  We have had a fantastic start to the year.

In addition to our regular musical activities for the year, the big announcement for the year is that the 4th and 5th grade chorus participated at the Providence Bruins Game on January 8.  Please click on the Dawe School Music Room and then click to  special events. They also sang at the Barnes and Noble store in Walpole to help with a Dawe School PTO fundraiser last December. 4th Grade also sang at the N.E.
