As part of our continuing effort to provide our members with a comprehensive benefits program, the open enrollment for the Short and/or Long Term Disability?for 2008 ends on Friday May 9th.

Our education and enrollment campaign?for 2008 ends on Friday May 9th.? Please make any inquiries on the Short and Long Term Disability program or to enroll, please call 1-888-636-0112 ext. 200 before 4:00pm on Friday May 9th.? An MTA Benefit Counselors will provide information about the MTA Disability Program and give?them an opportunity to enroll.
